Does anyone know the name of the pottery place located in Sanford, NC? I remember it is right off Route 1 at an intersection. The building was a reddish color with green I believe and you can see pottery in the window from the road. I thought it was “Seagrove Pottery” but according to the website their only locations are in Raleigh and in Seagrove, NC.

Live in BK,just got a brand new CBR600,beginning rider,want to go ride in Florida.Amtrak’s autotrain only comes as far North as Lorton,VA and as far South as Sanford,Fl.Both 4 hrs and 200plus miles from my starting point and from my destination respectively.Shipping companies are asking for $300+ one way and I want to make a round trip plus,I’m only staying a wk.Renting a pick up,I would have to bolt the straps down on a rental,I don’t think that is too legal.A U-haul truck is 1.99 to 2.99 a mile. Can’t find a motorcycle trailer with U-Haul and don’t have a POV,can anyone help and suggest something? Should I just buy a carrier and mount it in the back of a rental and remove it before I return it?

I want to get a rental car from the sanford airport, but i don’t want to spend 300 dollars a week on it. I’m going to be there march 1-6. are there any last minute deals i should look into?

We looked at a really nice house near the center of town. The house was great, but we heard bad things about the center of town. We heard that the area further south (heading towards the highway) was a lot nicer. What about “Springvale”? Is the area near the high school nice?
We have 5 small children and want them to be safe in their neighborhood. We’re not snobs, but we’d like the houses and yards in the neighborhood to be kept up nicely. No broken-down cars in the yard or piles of junk outside or 2-foot tall grass, etc.
