Can a rental apartment on-site manager ask tenants to assigned parking space even if tenants don’t want to?

  2. yes…and assigned parking is a good thing…it ensures you have a place to park everyday.

    if you don’t want to utilize it, then park on the street.

  3. yea… because when you sign the lease, you and signing to abide by the property and property manager’s rules…

  4. Yes, a landlord can assign parking spaces to tenants. There are pros and cons. The cons being that you always have tenants telling on other tenants that they are not parking in their own space. Unless it is stated in the lease, the landlord can do it.
