make them look like art work. what you do is hang them up in front of colors that mach the bike and then when you need them you can take them down!!!! i hope it looks nice!!!
Go to a sporting goods store and buy some big hook shaped hangers that screw in. Hang the bikes from the ceiling by the wheels. My husband is a cyclist and we have bikes hanging in just about every room.
u can take the pedals and wheels off the bike and hang it on ur wall as part of the decoration. or you can take off the wheels and pedals and put them under ur bed. and if ur apartment have a garage put the bikes there and chain them up.
get some heavy duty hooks from Home Depot. they cost about $2 each. screw them into the studs on a wall, and voile, you have an economy-friendly bike rack. typically, studs are 18inches apart, so if you need the hooks closer together, then screw a 2×4 into the studs- 2 nails at each end into the stud. then screw the hooks into the 2×4. you can fancy and stain 2×4 in a nice dark color so it doesnt look like garbage hanging on the wall.
you can also get a free standing rack for pretty cheap. i have one in my garage that hold two bikes. the arms are adjustable and it cost about $30
The ceiling. Hooks. I’ve seen it done.

hang on big huge hooks
I have 2 bikes hanging on my garage ceiling by the big hooks mentioned. Alternatively, you can get one of those things that go against the wall and store 2 bikes one over the other like this:
