I know many Germans come to Florida, when they are old. My Granny does not speak English yet (she lives in Germany), but she would like to move over to Florida. I live in Dunedin/CLearwater, so the closer the better, but anywhere else around here will be fine – like Sarasota f.e.

My Granny is mobile enough to get by her day. So staff mandatorily might not have to speak German, but other inhabitants maybe she could socialize with.

Hey everyone. I’m currently a Junior in high school living in Massachusetts with my parents. I want to move to Florida, (and I’m convincing my parents too), and if you live in Florida, and go to the University of Central Florida, tuition is only about $4,000 a year. So, you have to be a resident for at least 1 year. Would you recommend moving down there right before my senior year, and then going to college there afterwards? Can anyone give me anymore information on this school? Thanks!
