Can someone whose been through it tell me exactly what happens in a foreclosure hearing in Florida?
I divorced and was left with a house I couldn’t afford so I tried a short sale but no one bought it. I left it for an apartment I could afford and my ex disappeared. I have a hearing with the mortgage company next month but don’t know what to expect. Will they make me pay something back?….Garnish paychecks?…..Withhold your income tax returns?
