At my apartment it seems that there are way more apartments than spaces for tenants to park in. My roommate and I each have a car, and for our two bedroom apartment there is only one space, and little to no legal street parking in the area.

Is there some standard which mandates how many parking spaces an apartment complex must have in comparasin to how many tenants it can hold?

and when should i cut my stuff back are we getting another frost ? should I wait ?

I have to hang them on the insides of the wall that outline the windows , if that makes sense. In other words, the curtain rods would hang on two holders facing each other as opposed to facing out. Where can I get these kind of rod holders, what do they cost, is this something I can do myself? Any and all advice would be very much appreciated.

I’ve been here for 2 years and I for the life of me cannot find 1 redeemable quality about this area and the state itself for that matter. Taxes are high as hell. Cost of living is high and rent is outrageous. Everything is a long drive away putting lots of miles on the car. Jobs are scarce and pay is rediculous.

We are looking to move to central Florida. We want a friendly place that we can raise our child with good schools, low crime rate etc. We are considering New Port Richey and Lake Wales. Does anyone have any comments to make about these and surrounding areas? Thank you

I just moved into a 1 BR apt. and realized there is no smoke detector. Does the landlord have to provide it?

I’ve been considering moving to Manhattan from a town in England near London, and I have no idea how to look for help on organizing how it needs to be done, in terms of all the legal requirements, immigration laws, an apartment, job etc.
I’ve just finished a BA degree in Graphic Design, and New York is obviously a very affluent city with an enormous design society. So I’m also wondering how I would apply for jobs in a city so far away.
If anyone could help guide me in the right direction that would be great!
