Which companies offer cell phone plans with free calls between 2 lines in Florida? Possibly prepaid?

I am looking for a good and affordable cell phone plan that my husband and I can use in which we can call each other for free (taking no minutes). We live in central Florida.
It’s just basically for us to communicate. We don’t call anybody else in cell phones, so we don’t need many minutes to call other people from the cell phone plan.
How Ironic Is This? The Gop Calls For Sanford To Resign And Palin Does It Instead. Did The Wrong Gov.quit?
Simply in quitting in this manner, she has shown us that she is not fit for public office. Sanford, of course, has shown us that he is not fit for public office either. So he should quit, too. And he should shut up, nobody wants to hear what he’s saying. ∠°)
