HELP! HELP! HELP ! We live in Columbus,Ohio and my wife has a job interviey in the Florida Keys, I,m self employed in the drywall business, but the move would leave me unemployed, I do have experience in supervision, business management, carpentry,electrical,plumbing, and also any type of general repairs and maintenance on residential housing. We are on a tight budget, the economy in ohio is very depressed. My wife is applying for floral management @ about $35,000 annual + with a health Ins package and she is qualified, but I assume it would be a very expensive move, we are both over 50, and this is a very,very important decision to make, We have nobody to talk to about this situation. I am open to ANY information that ANYONE can give me.
I signed a new lease with my landlord but have to move as I am seperating from my husband and can’t afford the place on my own. The lease is for July 2007-June 2008 and I have not made the 1st months rent payment yet. I have explained my situation to them and they don’t care, they are not willing to let me out. I mailed a letter explaining my situation that was recieved prior to July 1st as well as spoke to them on the phone prior to July 1st with the understanding they would let me out now 2 days later they have changed their minds. Can anyone help me?
I live in an apartment. I want to get a dog (Beagle). The apartment is 2 bedroom and 1200 sq. ft., so, should be big enough for the dog to run around. The problem is, during day time, no one will be at home. All members of the family work.
Would the dog feel too lonely staying in an apartment by himself? If so, is there any way to own a dog if you don’t have a backyard?
