I am trying to move there for work.. but cannot afford an apartment right off the bat so is there any decent priced extended stay hotels?

We just moved to an apartment, and I’d really love to have another pet…I love animals and I’m capable of taking care of nearly anything.
What sort of animals/breeds would be good for apartment living?
My apartment complex allows all pets, but you just have to pay a 35 dollar fee every month…
My boyfriend and I are contemplating moving to Florida. He will may attend Florida Atlantic University as a grad student. Are there any nice, affordable areas to live in about 30 min away from the school. We would need to rent an apartment. I will be working on earning an alternative teaching certification, so it is important that we live in an area that will be conducive to that as well. Any thoughts???
My wife and I are looking for a Palm tree that will do well indoors other than an Areca or Majestic. We tried the Majestic and it just hasn’t worked out. We really don’t like the Areca Palms. What we’re looking for is one that closesly resembles a Palm tree you would find outdoors.
We live in an apartment, so just getting one for the outdoors isn’t an option.
I am interested in career change and I like the Ultrasound Technician program, I live in the Orlando area and I was told of several schools and institutes in the area (such as University of Phoenix, ITT tech, DeVry University, Everest Univ., etc ) that supposedly have that program I just do not know what of those schools would be better than the others specifically for that program, can anybody in the area of Ultrasound and of course in the Orlando area give an idea? I greatly appreciate it
