I want to decorate my apartment, but I am on a very low budget any tips or ideas?

In houses you are throwing money at insurance, taxes, and interest. Not to mention all of the things you need to make a home work. In apartments you are not responsible for anything that breaks and you can leave if your area gets bad. So what are the benefits of homeownership? Most people pay more in mortgage interest than others pay for rent so I do not nee the benefit. I know you get tax write offs, but if you could close the monetary flood gates to the mortgage company, utilities (always higher in homes), city/county/local robbers….taxation representatives I mean, then you would not require the tax break.

im a 20-year old college student, going to be 21 in january.
i am going to be a junior next year…
i didn’t feel like living on campus next year anymore, so I had to either commute from home, or find an apartment to live in with my friends

i obviously would love to live with my friends, but i need to convince my stubborn parents that this is a good idea. Therefore, i need to come up with a list of reasons why i should live in an apartment…

My aunt owns her home in Collier County, Florida. I have power of attorney while she is in prison ( long, long story, not important anyway ). I was wanting to rent out her house to help bring in some money while she is in prison so she can have a little bit when she gets out. Is there any special license or form’s or anything that is required in the State of Florida to be able to rent a house?

we have a 2yr old bischon dog ,house broken ,does not chew and is well trained. we are senior citizens and own our home in pennsylvania which is well cared for. we also had rentals for many years so know the concerns of those who rent properties.

This video shows my apartment living room where I have my home theater system hooked up to a hi-def projector and a 120inch screen.

Is it the Atlantic or Gulf side and which cities? I am going on vacation towards the end of July and want to stay directly on the ocean, so could anyone tell me where I should look that is cheapest?
