I have an apartment debt for around 1k. that is from the year 2000. I have seen websites that say the statute of limitations is 5 years. Here is the tricky part, I made them a few payments last year. I read that the statute of limitations starts over from the point at which I made my payment….BUT I have also read that in FLORIDA the clock “stops” for the months you made the payments, but DOES NOT restart. Any credible info to be found?

We live in Columbus,Ohio and my wife has a job interviey in the Florida Keys, I,m self employed in the drywall business, but the move would leave me unemployed, I do have experience in supervision, business management, carpentry,electrical,plumbing, and also any type of general repairs and maintenance on residential housing. We are on a tight budget, the economy in ohio is very depressed. My wife is applying for floral management @ about $35,000 annual + with a health Ins package and she is qualified, but I assume it would be a very expensive move, we are both over 50, and this is a very,very important decision to make, We have nobody to talk to about this situation. I am a high school senior who is looking into attending the University of Central Florida. I plan to take the pre dentistry route and I will most likely major in biology. Is this program good at this university? Also, living in Illinois, I cannot view the dorms or the campus until we visit. Which dorm would you recommend is best that freshmen are eligible to have? I am a female so I would love to have my on bathroom or kitchenette (Dream on, i know). And I don’t mind with living to 1-3 other people. Thanks!
