Planning on opening my own business soon at any food court in Orlando, Florida at one of the 3 of their malls. Just trying to figure out my business plan, and would like to know an estimate of renting or leasing any area at a food court. Any answer will be to much appreciation.
I have had alot of harassment, neighbors harassing me and alot of other things happen living here. There is vandalism and all kinds of stuff, I cant afford it and don’t feel safe. I am paying 658 a month for a one bedroom apartment and I have the opportunity to rent a house for 700 a month with a pool. I really need your help!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!
December of 2008 she did not pay rent. the landlord came to her on the end of December to ask about the rent she said she do not have it. Anyway on January 4,2009 she moved out. She came by my house to give me the keys and the remote to the garage. I called the landlord to tell that the tenant moved. he was very shock to know that. He told his wife what happen and she said she will sue the tenant(my friend) for the rent that is owed and for breaking the lease. can the landlord do that to my friend? my friend is very worried, please help with advice.
i went to the house to check. it was very clean. No damage to the house. my friend move to another house that is cheaper and does not want me to know. will the landlord finds her.
