I just moved into a place and got a very detailed letter from my next door neighbor- she requests that all quiet hours (I got the wall banged on for putting some books on my bookshelf at 1 in the morning) are from 9:30 at night until 9:30 in the morning. This does not feel fair or reasonable? Anyone have experience living in a duplex? Thanks!

IF I move to Florida would would be reasonable rent for a basic cheap 3 bedroom home. Nothing fancy. Just basic cheap. Preferrably central or east near New Smyrna by my family. Thank you.
