I would LOVE to go back to my hometown and be at UCF, where I lived 2 minutes from. What is the required GPA?
I live in an apartment complex with over 100 apartments that covers about 2-3 acres in total. There are about 15 buildings each having its own parking lot. In the entire complex, there is (1) handicapped parking spot, it is by the leasing office. A friend of mine who also lives here is handicapped and has a health care worker who drives him around to appointments etc. He has asked for a handicapped space near his apartment and the apartment manager has told him no, because he does not own a vehicle. Is this legal?
My apartment complex consists of 9-10 buildings and four apartments per building. On each side of the complex, there are outside rows of mailboxes set up one on top of the other (2 rows). The mailboxes are in constant disrepair..the doors are bent in, they wont close and mail often hangs out. I have informally requested several times that my mailbox is fixed, however it is to no avail. Is my landlord required to make such repairs..err..that is ’slumlord’..and once I put in a formal request (i.e. certified mail letter) and they dont fix it inside of 14 days, would that be a valid reason to break my lease?
We are being told by the apartment complex that we must give them 60 days notice even though our 1 year lease has run out. We under stand that it may be only 30 days by law but we need to know what the law is and what it says.
