I’m living in Florida in a row of condo apartments. There is a little space under my window that has sand and some shrubs are growing about 10 feet apart from each other. I am thinking of getting some bricks and boxing off a raised bed and dropping a bag of soil into it and then putting in seed for an herb garden. The exposure of the window is North. So there is never direct sunlight on this spot. Not even in the summer.
I have a giant, plain white wall in the living room of my apartment and very little money to cover it. I rent, so i can’t paint. Picture frames tend to look sparse. Tapestries often look too college dorm/hippie. Anyone have any clever ideas on how to jazz it up without spending a fortune?
