the area enough to search for furnished apartments. He needs a two bed two bath to share with a roommate that is affordable and safe. Any suggestions? Even a single family home might be ok.
Currently, we’re living in a large two bed room apartment in Texas. However, we are about to move to Florida. We thought we might rent a smalle apartment to save money at first until we could find a two bedroom that we like. We’re just worried about taking a two bedroom site unseen. So, what are the laws regaurding how large your living space needs to be for your child.
My child is eight months …almost nine months old.
Our apartment owner has made three parking spaces out of what was once two. We can’t even open our car doors. Is this legal?
At my apartment it seems that there are way more apartments than spaces for tenants to park in. My roommate and I each have a car, and for our two bedroom apartment there is only one space, and little to no legal street parking in the area.
Is there some standard which mandates how many parking spaces an apartment complex must have in comparasin to how many tenants it can hold?
I live in an apartment complex with over 100 apartments that covers about 2-3 acres in total. There are about 15 buildings each having its own parking lot. In the entire complex, there is (1) handicapped parking spot, it is by the leasing office. A friend of mine who also lives here is handicapped and has a health care worker who drives him around to appointments etc. He has asked for a handicapped space near his apartment and the apartment manager has told him no, because he does not own a vehicle. Is this legal?
