Wife and I, we are snowbirds from Canada. To brake the long cold winter we stay in Florida for 3 months since 2000. We always stay at the same 1 bedroom apartment, but unfortunately the building will be sold and the apartment will not be available for next year.
I believe someone backed into my car while it was parked at my apartment building. They didn’t leave a note or anything. But there is a huge dent in the hood and front bumper. Would this be considered Collision or comprehensive coverage?

Apartment break-ins still under investigation
The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a pair of break and enters at an apartment block. Police report that sometime between May 15 and May 16, someone kicked open the door of an apartment on the 1300-block of Whiteswan Street.
